Are women allowed to preach to men?

The bible says in Luke 19:14, (I am paraphrasing) that if the people who are assigned with the task of speaking out on God’s behalf remain silent, then the rocks are going to cry out. I believe that I am one of the many rocks who are crying out. Furthermore, Acts 10:34 states Then Peter began to speak: “I now truly understand that God does not show favoritism”. In addition, Galatian 3:28 says “There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for you are all one in Christ Jesus.”
Also, in Mark chapter 16:1-9 When Jesus resurrected from the dead, there were no men around to take the message of his resurrection to others. While the men (His disciples) were in hiding, the women went to the tomb to anoint His body with spices, when they got there, the stone was rolled away and Jesus gave them the message. If Jesus saw fit to trust these women with His message to go and tell the others who were in hiding, who are we to say otherwise.
While we give respect and honor to any man of God, but as women, we too have equal access to God and can be called and anointed to serve in different capacity of ministry, not just as wives, mothers, women’s ministry leaders, secretary and Sunday school teachers, but as teachers and preachers of the word of God. God does not show partiality to no one, He is not a respecter of person, there is no man or woman. God said (Joel 2:28 and Acts 2:17), in the last days, I will pour out my spirit on all flesh, there is no specification of a man or a woman in that verse- God said all flesh. Any human being that is breathing would fall under that category.
